Our service

We offer a free home collection of unwanted clothes, textiles, PCs, laptops, phones and small electronics in Hull & East Yorkshire (HU postcodes), subject to scheduling, access and volume. Large white goods are not accepted. Other UK areas are not available for booking at this time. Booking does not guarantee a specific time until we confirm.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and address details
• Only offer textiles you are entitled to give away
• Ensure safe access on the collection date
• Do not include hazardous waste or prohibited items

Website use

Do not misuse the site (including spam bookings, scraping or attempts to disrupt service). Content on this website is for information about our collection service.

Liability

The service is provided free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or collection service, except where we cannot exclude liability by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
