What we do not collect
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot collect the following items. Please contact your local council for specialist disposal advice.
- Furniture and bulky household items
- Large white goods (fridges, freezers, washing machines, cookers)
- TVs and large monitors over 32 inches (ask us first for oversized items)
- Asbestos or hazardous chemical waste
- Clinical or medical waste
- Gas bottles, fuel, or flammable liquids
- Tyres, car batteries, or engine oil
- Loose rubble, soil, or construction waste
- Wet, mouldy or heavily soiled textiles
- Items requiring specialist hazardous disposal
